Prior to the first appointment, you will receive an invitation to Simple Practice. Here, you will be able to fill out all necessary paperwork electronically as well as receive email/text reminders about upcoming appointments. You will also receive a link from Simple Practice for each appointment, which will be sent to your text/email, depending on your preferences.

INTAKE APPOINTMENT

The intake appointment is a 55-minute appointment to gather history, as well as to gain further insight as to what has led you to therapy. We will discuss treatment modalities, scheduling, and frequency of meeting; you will also have the chance to ask any questions we might not have had the chance to address during your initial consultation call.

PRIVATE-PAY COUNSELING RATES

• Initial intake session: $125

• Sessions following the intake session: $115 per session

Katie is happy to provide a super bill for clients to submit for reimbursement for Out-of-Network plans.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I will be reserving time for you, so please give me as much notice as possible if you will not be able to make your appointment. My voicemail is available 24 hours a day to receive messages. If you do not provide at least 24-hour notice of a cancellation, unless due to an emergency, you will be responsible for the entire session fee. If you fail to call or show, you will be responsible for the session fee. I will extend a grace period of 15 minutes after the session start time before it is considered a "No-Show". If you wish to reschedule, your outstanding fees must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment. If more than three sessions are cancelled, future sessions will not be scheduled and a referral to another provider will be given to you.
